2. Regarding the handling of names in commissioned business

◾️ The use of personal information (tour list, etc.) obtained in the course of business operations commissioned by external organizations such as governments and private organizations is for the purpose of smooth operation of the business, and is not used for any other purpose. It will not be used for.

3. Regarding habndling of photo with people in them

The scope of use of photos is limited to recording Medical Friends' activities and public relations activities. However, photos may be provided to third-party organizations as supplementary materials to introduce Medical Friends' activities.

◾️ To avoid infringing on the portrait rights of individuals who will be photographed, be sure to obtain consent for photography in advance and clearly state how to refuse. If the individual (or guardian in the case of a minor) requests refusal, we will not photograph the individual. However, this does not apply to group photos and photos in which individuals cannot be identified.

◾️ Photos used for public relations activities (newspapers, magazines, homepages, flyers, etc.) must only be used with the consent of the individual (or guardian in the case of a minor). However, this does not apply to group photos and photos in which individuals cannot be identified.

 

◾️ We will confirm that the copyright of the photographic materials taken in the course of contracted business operations belongs to the commissioning agency, and promptly submit them to the commissioning agency after the project is completed. When publishing information in Medical Friends pamphlets, etc., consent must be obtained from the commissioning organization.
