doctor, please let us know.
◾️ If you are a high school student or younger, or if you are over
70 years old, please be accompanied by a guardian.
◾️ Local gathering / dissolution
◾️ Accommodation you requested may be reserved by you if we
can't do.
◾️ If we are unable to reserve any mountain huts, we arrange a
tour with a different itinerary.
◾️ We recommend departure dated other than those expected to
be crowed, Fridays, Saturdays and the day before holidays.
◾️ The tour may be canceled due to bad weather, disaster
damage, infectious disease situations, etc. In that case,
we will contact you at least two days in advance. We will
refund you after deducting ¥3,776 from the tour fee as the
procedure fee, materials fee, mountain insurance fee, and
advance support fee.
◾️ Request of schedule change will be accepted with no charge
if it is within 30 days before the tour start date. We can
reschedule if the other dates and accommodations are
available.
◾️ If you apply for our tour again with the same plan, we will give
10% discount on advance support fees and materials fees.
◾️ We will give 10% discount to people who repeat on the other
routes and plans.
◾️ Please note that the tour contents may be changed or
canceled depending on your physical condition, physical
strength and weather, etc.
